Italian Tuna Dinner

Salad: Goat Cheese Truffles, with blanched arugula and peperonata. The Babbo Cookbook: pg. 35

Main: Cumin-seared tuna with "Tapesto" sauce

Side: couscous with lemon & olives.

Dessert: Panna Cotta with Balsamic Vinagar
